Pastor Tony has served as a pastor for thirty years. He has also spoken at camps and conferences around the world.  He has recently  launched Uncaged Bible Ministry, an online ministry committed to teaching and training people to know and love God's Word. Pastor Tony loves sports. An example of his athletic prowess was winning the Elkhart County 6th Grade Bean Bag Toss Championship. He has the trophy to prove it! In addition to his love for bean bags, pastor loves his wife of 26 years, Becky, and his six kids and two grandkids. None of them have inherited his bean bag skills.

Pastor Sean has over 25 years of ministry experience in Christian education serving as both a teacher and an administrator in three different schools. In addition, he has worked as a director with three organizations that either serve youth or adults working with youth. He and his wife, Amy, have been married 25 years and have six adult children and three grandchildren. They lived in NJ, TN and PA before moving to Indiana; they moved here primarily because there were not enough people who play euchre in the other states. Feel free to challenge them to a game!

TJ has been working with teens for 8 years and is in charge of our students and groups ministries.  TJ and his beautiful wife, Caroline, have a son, Judah. TJ loves to help teenagers pursue Christ and set themselves up for spiritual success in the future. TJ loves working with teens because he doesn't have any friends his own age and the teenagers are forced to hang out with him. He also claims that dodgeball can teach all of the life lessons you need. TJ enjoys reading, golf, exercising, and most of all - fantasy football.

Bill retired from a career in accounting but wanted to use the skills he learned to help the church. In June 2024, he was appointed to the newly created position of Director of Operations. In addition to his office responsibilities at COTR, Bill enjoys helping with maintenance projects. He and his wife, Deb, have been married since 2005 and enjoy kayaking, biking, and spending time with their four dogs, including two Yorkies who rule the house.

Becky manages the office. She enjoys helping people connect with each other and finding a purpose in serving. One of her favorite phrases is, “There’s room for everyone at the table.” When she’s not serving at COTR, you will find Becky managing the chaos that is known as her family. In 1995 God told her to marry Tony (you should ask her to tell that story) and they have been happily married ever since. They have six children, two sons-in-law, one daughter-in-law, and two grandchildren. She’s happiest when they’re all together. In her spare time she enjoys all things Christmas, the beach, baking, and chocolate.
